Flock Health is a digital health company that predicts and intervenes in acute mental health crisis, providing care for the 14M patients in the US suffering from serious mental illness. In doing so, we will reduce the $75B of excess emergency and inpatient spend incurred annually by this population while providing safety and peace of mind for patients and their loved ones.
Flock is made up of two components: a digital health platform and an integrated telehealth clinic. Our digital health platform helps patients and their loved ones catch early signs of crisis by ingesting and processing a range of data. This allows our in-house clinical team to provide timely therapeutic and pharmacological interventions, keeping patients out of the hospital. Over time, we help patients stay stable and preempt future relapses, preventing social isolation, joblessness, homelessness, violence, and suicide.
